This form actually has 25 hours on it, since 24:00pm is the same as 12:00am

Adobe Illustrator ... Compact is 3.75 by 6.75 inches right?

I've added a "quick fix" compact size - let me know if it works otherwise I'll have to wait until I have the original file on Monday. :)
