A Big Thanks to All

First, I would like to thank Aaron, Nay Nay, Kenny and all the rest for the quick response to my post.

Second, I need to apologize for my slow return response. It is not my usual habit to be so slow.

Aaron, It looks like the note on page #3 of the core package would do the trick. If you would tell me what I need to do on my end, it would be much appreciated. After looking over the posts it seems that I have all programs that might be required.

Thanks Again Everybody,
Brent

stop making me hungry!

I really should stop reading this discussion. It is just making me hungry. I didn't even notice how close "editable" was to "edible" and now all I see is "edible" every time I look at it.

I'm actually tempted to do the diyplanner photo cake idea. My wife's birthday and our anniversary are in the same month. One page per month template, please?

I read "edible" as well. How about blue berry ink on rice paper?

btw. it's wonderful to see how quickly people joined together to help someone!

It exists

Hi.

There is edible stuff you can run through a printer. They use it for decorating cakes. You take them a photo, they print it on this sugar stuff in an inkjet with edible inks, and then they lay this sheet on regular frosted cake. The moisture from the regular frosting permeates the sheet so if you leave it for a day or two, it basically becomes frosting itself.

I think it's probably thicker than ordinary paper--something like super thick cardstock. And I would expect you'd need a special printer rather than just any inkjet--but I really don't know.

Talk to your local grocery about this--ask them if they can do photo cakes. Then take them a DIY form and tell them you already have your own cake to put it on, can they print it on the sugar stuff?

:)

edible archives?

it certainly would reduce the need for archival storage! (exterminator, anyone?)

I was picturing sugar-laced dissolvable paper that you eat after you've finished with the sheet.

Someone seriously needs to invent these. :)

I read it as edible and was all ready to see what flavors the notes came in...

I also accidently left work an hour early too. Apperently I can't tell time. And we are an a deadline. All the planning in the world won't help me if I look at four clocks and can't tell what they say.

Editable Memo Sheets

I would appreciate it if someone could steer me in the right direction or possibly give me a tutorial on how to do something concerning a template.
Due to a medical condition I can still type but writing is getting more difficult. The condition will not get better only progressively worse and I figure now is the time to start making arrangements for a few things I need.

I need to find a way to make editable memo sheets (or anything else for a planner for that matter), but memo comes first. I would like to be able to type the info on the sheets, print them on a laser printer and then cut them out, punch holes and insert in small binder.

What I need is narrow ruled (or wide if necessary), 6 3/4" x 3 3/4" memo sheets. I can get any software I might need (most I probably already have) and already have a 6 hole punch and a professional paper cutter.

Any help would be appreciated. I am on the computer most of the time and would reply fairly quickly. If arrangements need to be made they can be discussed.

Thanks in Advance,
Brent
