 <description>&lt;p&gt;Two ideas for reaching your workout goals.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The first one is some exercises are  just easier to commit to everyday.  It&#039;s easier to remember and easier to do, especially if they take five minutes or less.  These include things like sit ups push-ups, &amp;amp; stretching. Also if you do them at the same time every day --before breakfast or before bed, something like that.  It&#039;s just easier to remember.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Remember, that having a daily chart for your workout with a little fill-in or checkoff box will actually make it easier to achieve your goals.&lt;/p&gt;
