If you go to Tools/Letters &amp; Mailings/Labels &amp; Envelopes. In the window that pops up click on the labels tab at the top and then choose options. If you choose #5845(Note Card) Okay/New Documents - it will give you four "boxes" on one page. Now go in and add your borders and whatever else.
